This mentoring experience is designed for leaders who carry responsibility for significant decisions, lead a business, organisation, or team, are navigating pressure, change, or uncertainty, and want a steady perspective rather than another leadership model.

Most participants are founders, business owners, senior leaders, or consultants leading complex work.

If you are early in your career, but want to grow into an executive eladership positon or start your own business, this could also be the right fit. 

What will we work on?

Each mentoring engagement is shaped around the leadership situations you are currently navigating.

Common areas include:
- Making difficult decisions under pressure
- Leading others through change
- Navigating uncertainty without losing clarity
- Carrying the emotional weight of leadership
- Strengthening steadiness in moments of tension

The aim is not to give you more strategies.
The aim is to help you lead with steadiness when it matters most.

How it works

Steady Leadership Mentoring runs over 8 - 12 weeks.
During that time you will receive:
- Three private mentoring sessions delivered online, focused on the leadership situations you are navigating and how to become steadier
- Steady Leadership reflection guide
- A short guide to help you examine your leadership patterns and decision-making
- Two voice-note questions (You may send two voice-note questions during the mentoring period if something significant arises.)
- Mentee networking/gatherings- Participants are invited to a private conversation with the other mentees to reflect on insights and leadership learning.

Meet your mentor

Luisa Hogan is a leadership strategist, speaker, and mentor known for her work on steady leadership in times of pressure and change.


Years ago, Luisa stepped into a CEO role at an organisation that was already failing. Despite months of effort to stabilise the organisation, the board ultimately made the decision to close it. Leading through that period reshaped how she understands leadership under pressure.

It was during those months that Luisa realised resilience is often misunderstood. Leadership is not sustained by powering through. It requires the ability to pause, regulate, and make deliberate decisions when everything feels uncertain.


That experience became the foundation of her philosophy: Steady Is the New Strong.

Today Luisa mentors founders and decision-makers who carry responsibility for complex decisions and organisational change. Her work focuses on helping leaders remain clear, composed, and steady when pressure rises.


Alongside her mentoring work, Luisa leads Vermelho, a consulting practice through which she and her associate consultants guide organisations through cultural transformation and change initiatives across Australia and internationally.


Over the past two decades Luisa has held senior roles including COO, Chief Development Officer, and CEO, working with leaders navigating high-stakes transitions and organisational change.


She holds an MBA, is an accredited Change and Resilience practitioner, and was a finalist in the AIM Leadership Excellence Awards. In 2025, she was awarded a Women's Impact Award by Womens Network Autsralia. 


Through speaking, mentoring, and consulting, Luisa’s work centres on one goal: helping leaders stay steady under pressure so they can lead others through change with clarity and care.
